MACEDON OVERSEAS is the worldwide distribution company of phthalocyanine-based pigments and of the raw materials used in the manufacturing of pigments alpha blue and beta blue.
Our journey had started as a chemical distributor in the early 1990s. With the genius of Late Sri R.K Sirohi, within a year, we became the leading supplier of dyes, pigments and inorganic chemicals in the north-central region of India. At that time, due to the absence of the internet, finding the customer in the central region was a herculean task for the industries present in coastal states. It was the Macedon Chemicals on which the supply in north India of those far industries was depended. Since then we have a strong bond with the chemical manufacturers.
A new era for the Macedon Chemicals had started when Mr.Praneet Sirohi Ph.D. in organic chemistry had taken the command of the company after passing of his father in the year of 2005. He had a different vision than his father, under his leadership an R&D department was set up. After the series of trial and errors, we finally developed the premium quality of pigment alpha blue 15:0,15:1,15:2 and pigment beta blue 15:3,15:4 and pigment green 7 with there fastness properties improved. Separate grades respectively for the applications of paint, plastic, ink, and rubber were also developed, formulations of which were then transferred to our manufacturers. We assisted many manufacturing units to get technically upgraded. With the quality in our hand, we decided to go worldwide and in 2006 Macedon Chemicals had changed to MACEDON OVERSEAS.
Our market is now entirely focused on Pigment Blue 15s, Pigment Green 7 and raw materials used in manufacturing them. We are leading exporter in the middle east and the Mediterranean region. We export activated C.P.C and C.P.C crude blue, Ammonium Carbonate, Aluminium Chloride, Caustic Soda, Cupric Chloride, Sulphuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid all use in the manufacturing of Pigments Alpha and Beta Blue. We also export Pigment Blue 15:0,1,2 and Pigment Blue 15:3,4 to the industries of PVC, PP, HDPE, PAINTS, and INKS.
